As reported before, the My50 monthly pass will be available on the Touch 'n Go eWallet app. According to our Minister of Transport Anthony Loke, users can start using it next year but no specific timeline has been laid out.

Touch n Go eWallet now introduces a new update for their digital wallet users, adding a new menu called GOfinance. Through it, it becomes a local hub that allows you to see the various financial services linked through it. So, what should you know about it?

It's a known fact that you can use your Touch 'n Go eWallet overseas now. But today, the company just announced that if you use your TNG eWallet Visa card in foreign countries, you get to enjoy 2% cashback and 1% cashback for spending online overseas travel plans and shopping.

In a quiet update over the weekend, Touch 'n Go eWallet added a new policy for overseas transactions. On the support page right here, there will be a 1% overseas transaction conversion fee in the daily exchange rate of your travel destination. It will begin from 25 April 2024 onwards.

Since the eMADANI launch two days ago, many Malaysians have successfully claimed while others didn't. That being said, it turns out that the RM100 credit has quite a few restrictions. 

With the launch of eMADANI program yesterday (4 December 2023), the Ministry of Finance Malaysia announced that over 7 million Malaysians have applied for the RM100 credit across MAE, Touch 'n Go eWallet, ShopeePay and Setel. The figure was confirmed at 5 PM yesterday on the government's official Facebook account.

The eMadani program has begun today and in case you missed it, the four platforms that will give away the free RM100 credit are none other than Maybank's MAE app, ShopeePay, Touch 'n Go eWallet and Setel. And like before, there are some differences between each of them and if you're not sure which to claim, here's a breakdown of what you can get from each platform. 

Yesterday, our Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced the official distribution date for the RM100 e-Madani (formerly known as e-Tunai). Eligible participants can redeem the RM100 credit starting from 4 December 2023 but the providers were not mentioned until today. 

As a reminder, we reported about the RM100 e-Tunai redemption back in October and it's coming real soon. Our Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has confirmed the distribution date and it shall begin on 4 December 2023 and until 20 February 2024.
