Just last July Xiaomi released their Mi Notebook Air, their first foray into the world of laptops. Now a new report states that they are releasing an update to the device, barely 6 months from its first launch. What make this model different is the inclusion of a 4G modem in the device.

Xiaomi has fired their shot to the Apple MacBook Air sights with the recently announced Xiaomi Mi Notebook Air – Lenovo has also fired their volley into the same space. The Lenovo Air 13 Pro is a thin notebook designed as a competitor to the thin & light notebook – and it is packed with computing goodness.

Today, aside from the known Xiaomi Redmi Pro that was unveiled by the company, they also introduced the public with an all-new Mi Notebook Air and it comes in two sizes — 13.3 inches and 12.5 inches — priced at 4999 Yuan (around RM3056) and 3499 Yuan (around RM2139) respectively.
