Today, Xiaomi has announced an official partnership with Leica Camera. Leica Camera is a German camera tech company that collaborated a lot with Huawei. Now onwards with Xiaomi, there will be an imaging flagship smartphone coming soon in July 2022.

Today, Xiaomi Corporation has announced that a donation of USD 100,000 (~RM 418,150) from the Xiaomi Foundation has been contributed to both Malaysia and the Philippines. The donation was given to the Yayasan Food Bank Malaysia's emergency flood-relief fund as well as the World Vision Philippines. 

Today, Xiaomi just announced the corporation has completed a business registration of Xiaomi EV Company Limited. EV stands for electric vehicle and this officially marks Xiaomi's first debut and a milestone in the automotive industry.

Whether they're relevant or not, smartphone brands continually push for greater specs these days. For Xiaomi, fast-charging tech is one of them. The company's 200W fast-charging was recently showcased in May, and it could come sooner than we think.

As Clubhouse slowly makes its way to the Android platform, Xiaomi have apparently taken the app development into their own hands. It was officially announced by Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun that a new Mi Talk app is in the works but will be revamped as a voice chat platform just like Clubhouse.

Today, Xiaomi just presented a new video teaser concept of a portless smartphone. At the moment, there's no official name so it's coined as the quad-curved waterfall display concept phone. It features an 88° curved edge display on all four sides.

If you're a big fan of Xiaomi, you would know that the company works a lot with MIJIA on producing other kinds of products such as the Mijia Electric Scooter. Well, just recently, MIJIA will no longer be referred to this name anymore as they will be renamed to Xiaomi Smart Life. This was confirmed on their official Weibo channel.
