Just last week, we got a render image of the Xiaomi Mi 5 with some speculated tech specs. Now we have another new one, and this one a more authentic and clearer version.
So looking at the pictures and based on our previous tech specs report, the Mi 5 display is around 5-inch instead of 5.2-inch and will have rounded corners too. We have already covered how Xiaomi is teasing us about the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 Pro and a possible appearance of Xiaomi Mi 5 at a press conference (24 November). In the tech specs corner, according to the GeekBench database the tablet will feature a quad-core Intel Atom x5-Z8500 processor with 2.24GHz, 2GB RAM power, and Android 5.1. There’s also a rumour that Mi Pad 2 has a dual-boot system, running on either Android 5.1 or Windows 10. And from the teaser image above, the Mi Pad 2 sure looks pretty. The body material looks like it is made of metal with smooth rounded corners and edges, a big step away from the Xiaomi Mi Pad’s plastic body. The camera is also shown at the corner, along with the power and volume buttons at the side.
