From time and time again, Xiaomi has always been offering customers good quality products with affordable pricing. The Mi flagship series is one of the fan favourites for fans who want to save their wallets from bullet holes and given its price point and great performance, it’s not surprising that it has amassed plenty of Mi fans. Yesterday, Xiaomi had hinted that another variant of the Xiaomi Mi 9 is coming soon but did not reveal its specific name. They asked users if the letter K, I or T was more preferable. Today, the company revealed device name - the Xiaomi Mi 9T on Twitter and asked fans what the letter T stands for alongside a photo of a completely notchless phone.

Reports went around mentioning that the Redmi K20 may be going by another name outside of China - specifically, the Xiaomi 9T. Xiaomi took to Twitter this morning to tease a brand new addition to the Xiaomi Mi 9 family and it seems like it may be named the Xiaomi 9T.

In an unrelated Computex 2019 news today, Xiaomi Malaysia is excited to announce a new partnership with Digi offering customers their latest Xiaomi Mi 9 (6GB+128GB) flagship as part of Digi PhoneFreedom 365. It's already available at every Digi Store and Digi Store Express across the nation, starting from RM58/month.

Redmi finally lifted the veil off their smartphone, showing both the back and front of their upcoming Snapdragon 855 device, the Redmi K20. It is now pretty much confirmed that the device will be completely notchless with super slim bezels and will also come with a 7th generation in-display fingerprint reader.
