News & Reviews:   Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 Malaysia pre-order

If you recall, Xiaomi has confirmed that a new Mi Mix device will be launched on 29 March 2021. A previous rumour suggested that it could be a foldable device that folds outwards. There's no confirmation on that yet, but there's a new teaser about its camera.

After ZTE Axon 20 opened the way for the under-screen camera, we think this year will certainly have more models coming with the exciting technology. One of the smartphone brands that is highly possible to launch one is Xiaomi. Earlier, it was reported that the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro could come with an under-screen camera but the same tipster has later pulled back the rumour. Now, it is said that the device arriving with the technology would be the long-awaited Mi Mix 4.

When Xiaomi announced that it would be hosting its 10th-anniversary event, many expected a new Mi Mix device like the Mi Mix Alpha to be launched. But while the Mi 10 Ultra was launched, Xiaomi said that there wouldn't be any Mi Mix device for 2020. That doesn't mean we won't see any leaks for a Mi Mix device though, as a new one for the Mi Mix 4 was found.

Based on a statement by techradar.com, it seems that there could be a possibility is currently working on another smartphone that’s equipped with a 108MP camera. While not much is known in regards to which smartphone it exactly is, our source mentioned that could very well be the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4.

It seems that a poster relating to the Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 has been spotted and it hints that the device will come with a surround screen design, which is basically having screens on all sides of the smartphone. Unfortunately, other than what is showcased on the poster, nothing is known in regards to the release date and local pricing for now.
