News & Reviews:   Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 announce

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X, which was teased a while ago on Weibo, will be launching soon. Despite not being officially announced yet, Xiaomi announced that they’ll be offering a special Hatsune Miku Edition in conjunction with the unveiling of the Redmi Note 4X on Valentine’s Day. It offers a slight cosmetic change(laser engraved Hatsune Miku's signature and unique serialised number), as well as an accessory package that includes a Limited edition Mi 10000mAh Power bank, and a Hatsune Miku printed soft protective case.

Today, Xiaomi has officially launched the Redmi Note 4 in India, even though it was seen in China last year, this device sports Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 instead of the previous MediaTek hexa-core Helio X20 processor instead. Below are the official tech-specs:

It's been awhile now since the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 was released in China, it came with a deco-core helio X20 SoC from MediaTek, and many were wondering if there would be a Snapdragon variant. However, according to a well-known Chinese analyst, Pan Jiutang, he said Xiaomi has no plans on doing that.

After it got leaked and seen at TENAA, Xiaomi officially launched their successor to their Redmi Note 3 with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. No Malaysia release dates or pricing details yet but it is going to be available in China from 26 August 2016 from RMB899 (about RM544) for the 16GB storage version and RMB1199 (about RM726) for the 64GB storage version.
