Trump recently tweeted that he wants “... 5G, and even 6G, technology in the United States as soon as possible.” Considering that the US has just charged Huawei, the biggest provider of networking equipment in the world AND the most likely source of future 5G and 6G networks (which doesn't exist yet), for breaking US sanctions on top of banning their smartphones and other equipment from being sold in the US for years... we can't help but do a facepalm.
