That's right, Celcom Axiata Berhad is now working together with Garena Malaysia for the popular mobile game - Arena of Valor (AoV). Starting today (13 July) onwards, the blue telco will offer 3GB worth of Internet date for free to all Celcom users!

Celcom announces the launch of Malaysia’s first emergency response sidekick called the SafeMate which allows the users to notify their friends, family members, or even the local authorities with a click of a button. The SafeMate is available from Celcom with an upfront payment of RM240 as well as an early bird offer of RM9.80 for 12 months.

Today, Celcom Axia Berhad has partnered up with Resorts World Genting and this initiative will provide a lot of benefits to both Celcom users and Genting members in multiple areas. The benefits include great family fun-filled activities such as ticket discounts, special offers and many more to come in the coming months.

Today, Celcom Axiata Berhad has just announced a partnership with Microsoft Malaysia. For the first time ever, this initiative will introduce and deploy a state-of-the-art Intelligent Virtual Agent as a new customer service feature.

Celcom announced starting 1 June 2018, they will be offering a new and easy way to enjoy the latest in mobile gadgets through their upgraded EasyPhone™. The new and improved EasyPhone™ now offers the flexibility to rent the latest in mobile devices starting from as low as RM35 a month. Not only that, the EasyPhone also allows the customer to upgrade their device from as low as RM120 as well. Celcom have also announced that they will introducing a new Celcom Mobile Family plan that will allow easy data sharing between friends and family members of up to 125GB a month.

Today, Celcom Axiata Berhad has announced that they will be enhancing billing system. In other words, they will be doing a maintenance and upgrade over the weekend, so all payment channels will be temporarily unavailable starting from Sunday, 20 May 2018, from 8.00am up to Monday, 21 May, 6.00am.

I hope you all still remember Yoodo, a sub-brand by Celcom that was released at the beginning of 2018 and it offers a customizable mobile plan for everyone. In this latest news by them, they are now introducing a new Ramadan Booster package for just RM10 which features 10GB worth of internet data from 16 May to 17 June 2018!

During their recent global analyst summit in Shenzhen, Huawei showed a slide teasing their first Huawei 5G mobile hotspot set for Q2 of 2019. They also revealed what could be their first 5G smartphone, which is presumed to be the Huawei Mate 30 in the second half of 2019 which also indicates when Malaysia and other countries could start seeing the full implementation of 5G networks.
