Based on a statement by Beijing ByteDance Technology, they are currently in the talks with labels such as Universal Music, Sony Music, as well as Warner Musics to have their songs included on a new music streaming service. The aforementioned service has yet to be named, but ByteDance plans to have it available on markets such as India, Indonesia and Brazil due to the growing popularity of streaming services.

Based on a statement by IDC, vivo shipped more than 54.3% of the total 5G smartphone shipment in China, which is significantly more if you compare them to other smartphone competitors. The reason vivo was able to achieve this feat, was due to the fact that vivo had already started investing in 5G since 2016. As of today, vivo has applied more than 2000 5G patents as well as 3000 more technical proposals to the 3GPP Standardisation Organisation.

Xiaomi has made a rather big announcement, stating there is a big possibility that they will be releasing a smartphone equipped with a 108MP image sensor manufactured by Samsung. The sensor is capable of churning out images with a resolution of up to 12032 x 9024 pixels.
