Touch 'n Go Group has announced a new feature for the Touch 'n Go eWallet app. From now on, users can make investments in the app with GOinvest. TNG Digital CEO Alan Ni said that GOinvest would help all Malaysians to invest and not just be limited to those who can make huge investments.

Apple Pay is increasingly appearing a lot more lately. Just last week, users spotted the feature promotion coming soon on Shopee and Maxis, then now it was on Ambank's website. Initially, Ambank did tease Apple Pay a few weeks ago via SMS but now, the web portal that was up had already been taken down.

Remember the ePemula programme announced two weeks ago? It's this year's version of the eBelia programme from last year and aims to distribute RM300 million to Malaysian youths. Well, it's time to save that allowance because the programme is starting soon.

Getting through tolls on highways could soon be less of a hassle in the near future. Touch 'n Go (TnG) has finally announced the implementation of Near Field Communication (NFC) technology for the TnG cards. Not only that, but the government has also stated that it will soon allow the public to pay using any digital payment provider, not just TnG.

Setel has been around in Malaysia for quite some time now and just recently, the company just announced a new Setel Share feature. It is the first e-wallet sharing feature in Malaysia that allows motorists to pay for fuel via the Setel app without being at any Petronas stations.

Today, the Malaysian government held a Budget 2022 conference. Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz was the one giving the presentation and the budget this year seems to focus on Malaysian families. 

Starting this week onwards, Touch 'n Go eWallet users will be able to use the DuitNow Transfer function. In case you are under the rock, DuitNow allows users to transfer their monies from any internet banking account directly to the eWallet in real-time. 

Starting today, eligible Malaysian students aged between 18-20 years old across the country will be able to claim their RM150 eBelia credit from the Malaysian government on Boost, Touch n' Go eWallet, Shopee Pay and BigPay. Through Boost, the company has just announced that they will also top up with an additional reward worth up to RM300, making it a total of RM450.
