Samsung Malaysia has officially revealed its next Galaxy Unpacked event, set for 9 July 2025 in Brooklyn, New York. Branded as “The Ultra Experience,” the launch will unveil the upcoming Galaxy foldable devices, including the anticipated "Galaxy Z Fold 7 Ultra," which the company has been teasing.

The Galaxy Unpacked is just around the corner but we have some rumour news about the Samsung foldable phones. According to The Elec, the company is ready to manufacture approximately 200,000 tri-fold phone units in the second quarter of this year.

As per tradition, Samsung's annual Unpacked event is coming soon and has been announced to launch this month. To be more specific, the scheduled date is 23 January 2025, at 2 AM in Malaysia time.

At every second half of the year, the second Galaxy Unpacked would happen to showcase the next-gen Galaxy foldable phones. A few hours ago, it seems that the official date was accidentally released on a Dutch carrier website but has been taken down already.

It's not often to hear that an Android phone can get up to seven years of updates. But that all changed when Google announced that it will support the Pixel 8 series for up to 7 years of OS upgrades. Although not yet confirmed, sources say Samsung is also planning to follow Google's footsteps. 

As per tradition, Samsung has announced its upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event early this year. The date is set for 17 January 2024 but for our time zone in Malaysia, it will be on 18 January 2024 at 2 AM.
