News & Reviews:   Huawei P10 announce

We’ve been hearing many rumours regarding the Huawei P10 and P10 Plus. With 3 more days to go before they become official in Barcelona, we thought that it’ll be a good time to do a roundup of the rumours thus far. If you want a recap of how the devices will look like, what specs do they offer, and how much they’re going to cost then this is the post to read.

Just last night, Huawei released a bunch of videos about the P10 and P10 Plus having new colours (green in included!), no doubt the company is hyping up for the upcoming MWC 2017 event, and we also got a nice render of the device by Evan Blass from Twitter making it look legit.

With MWC (Mobile World Congress) being barely a week away now, more and more teasers from participating companies have gradually been showing us what to expect during the event. Huawei had been releasing quite a few teaser videos now, teasing us about the Huawei P10 that they'll be launching at MWC on 27th of February. Judging from the teaser videos thus far, it seems that “colourful” is the theme for their upcoming flagships.

Following the hype of Huawei posting “Colour is the new black” teasers on their Twitter account, it seems inevitable now more and more P10 leaks are spreading out online, particularly with the latest “real-life” photos of the device as leaked by the Federal Communications Commission.

Counting down to MWC on February 26, which Huawei will be making a big announcement, we came across what seems like some leaked renders of promotional images for the upcoming Huawei P10 Plus. Judging from these seemingly official renders, the P10 Plus will have its fingerprint reader mounted on the back, just like the Huawei P9 Plus, its predecessor, the difference however, is a dual-curved display which looks amazingly gorgeous.

If the recent tweets from Huawei Mobile’s official Twitter account is anything to come by, it does looks like the Huawei P10 would be coming in a variety of colours.

Mobile World Congress 2017 is coming upon us and we will eventually see the new Huawei P10 at Barcelona, aside from the morning post of having dual front cameras, we got other rumoured news that the device will also pack a 8GB RAM too.

The Huawei P series has always included camera innovation as part of their new features and according to a recently released teaser video, this hasn't changed for the Huawei P10. The teaser video clearly states "Change how the world sees you" and some dual lenses which makes us think that the P10 will come with Leica powered dual front cameras to go with the dual rear cameras.

A photo, allegedly that of the pricing and variants of Huawei P10 and Huawei P10 Plus leaked on Weibo recently. According to the leak, there will be three variants of the Huawei P10 with a choice of up to 9 different colours for the highest spec-ed model, while the Huawei P10 Plus will only have 5 colours as well as only 2 variants to choose from.

As we come up to the big reveal of the Huawei P10 the number of leaks for the device is intensifying. This time around the leak shows the P10 in a metallic green and purple colour on top of the existing black, gold and white. The leak also seems to indicate that the P10 will also feature Yamaha and/or Harmon Kardon audio technology but it hasn't been confirmed yet if these are add-ons are just for compatible headphones.
