    You can now help your family members register for the vaccine via MySejahtera

    Starting from today onwards, it will be possible to help your parents and children above the age of 18 register for the COVID-19 on the MySejahtera app starting from 19 March 2021. In order to do so, all you need to do is head into the MySejahtera App and follow the necessary steps in order to have your family registered.

    Ceiling price of 3-ply face masks reduced down to RM1.50 a piece from 1 April 2020 onwards

    Recently, the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs has recently announced that the ceiling price of 3-ply face masks has been reduced from RM2.00 to RM1.50. The change will take effect starting from 1 April 2020 and all outlets that are distributing face masks are required to adjust their prices according to the new price ceiling.

    About 223000 three-ply face masks had recently been seized by the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry from a Facebook Seller in Kota Damansara. This is due to the fact that they were selling each mask at RM3.50 a unit, instead of the ceiling price of RM2.00, which was set on 20 March 2020.

    MyEG has officially announced that they’ve thanked the Ministry of Health for removing a post on their Facebook page which claimed that that the COVID-19 rapid test kits were fake. Furthermore, MyEG has followed up by stating that the kits, which were manufactured by a Chinese biomedical firm have been cleared for use in various regions including North America, Asia, Europe, and more.

    MyEG recently released a statement which was spotted on the Friends of MyEG Facebook page, stating that the COVID-19 rapid test kits that they’re offering on their official website are not fake and it's currently pending on approval from the Ministry of Health. Not only that, but they have also stated that the aforementioned kits are currently in use in regions such as China, as well as Europe.

    In order to combat the ongoing haze, Xiaomi has recently donated 100 units of their Mi Air Purifier 2S which is worth up to a total of RM65800 to the Ministry of Education. The air purifiers will be distributed to several schools in Johan Setia as well as Klang, due to the fact that they both have one of the highest API readings in Peninsular Malaysia. The Mi Air Purifier 2S’s air filter is designed in a cylindrical form, which is perfect for filtering air all around the purifier. Not only that, it is capable of cleaning a room up to 21 square meters in just 10 minutes as well.

    Attention to all e-hailing drivers out there, we have good news. Even though today marks the deadline for e-hailing drivers to get their Public Service Vehicle (PSV) license. The Ministry of Transport just announced that they will give an additional 3-month grace period for e-hailing drivers to acquire the (PSV) license
