One of the most anticipated devices this year is the Nothing Phone (2), which is set for release in Malaysia this 14 July.  Well, we may not have to wait long to know its full specs though, as they were allegedly leaked online recently.

In the sea of established manufacturers and their subsidiaries in the tech industry, Nothing has been a breath of fresh air though with only a few offerings as of now. Well, according to a new leak, the company may be further diversifying its product offerings, potentially releasing a smartwatch soon.

The Nothing brand is well known for producing devices with transparent designs. Well, this one takes the cake. Carl Pei just simply posted a new USB C cable on his Twitter without any context but one thing is for sure - it looks pretty cool. 

Good news for Nothing Phone (1) users - the Nothing brand just announced that the Nothing OS 1.5.3 update is rolling out now as we speak. The software update has already begun and will reach every Phone (1) user globally for the next few days. 

Previously, we reported that Nothing is confirmed to launch the Nothing Ear (2) on 22 March 2023. Well, we may not have to wait until the release date to know the specs and designs of the earbuds as they have been allegedly leaked.

Previously, we reported that the Nothing Phone (2) will launch later this year and in the US first. Now, the company’s CEO Carl Pei has teased another information regarding the Phone (1)’s successor, confirming that it will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series chipset.

Qualcomm recently announced that they are working with Honor, OPPO, Motorola, Nothing, vivo and Xiaomi on a satellite based messaging/communication platform called Snapdragon Satellite at MWC 2023. No exact Malaysia release dates about when we’ll be able to send and receive messages via satellite but it could mean the ability to communicate in areas without any telco coverage.

Today, Nothing is officially rolling out Nothing OS 1.5 for the Nothing Phone (1). Based on Android 13 out of the box, the company said that this is its biggest upgrade yet and here's what you can get. 

Nothing Phone (1) users are reportedly starting to receive a stable Android 13 update with Nothing OS 1.5.2. The first major OS upgrade for the company’s very first smartphone, the update brings a slew of improvements and bug fixes.

The Nothing Ear (2) has been in the rumour mills for a while, with the company’s founder and CEO Carl Pei saying that the earbuds will launch later this year. Now, we may have just seen the first renders of the Ear (1)’s successor thanks to a new leak from @OnLeaks and Smartprix.
