As announced by OPPO Malaysia yesterday, they are currently giving out a RM999 lucky draw cash reward for those who are pre-ordering the latest mid-range OPPO F9 device. So if you're one of those who prefer a monthly instalment plan, it's applicable for the lucky draw too and OPPO's chain-store partners, Senheng and senQ are offering that.

Recently launched last week in Malaysia, the OPPO F9 is still currently on pre-order sale for RM1399 (+ a RM299 gift box) until 29 August 2018 and in conjunction with Hari Merdeka, OPPO Malaysia will be preparing 117 sets with each consisting of RM999 lucky draw cash rewards for those who are pre-ordering!

Today, OPPO Malaysia has finally unveiled the much teased OPPO F9. Available in all three colours with unique diamond-cut back design - Starry Purple, Twilight Blue and Sunrise Red for RM1399. The device is available for pre-order at all OPPO concept stores, online store such as Lazada, Shopee and 11street, as well as Celcom Blue Cube, Senheng and senQ. The device will be available for shipment and collection starting 30 August 2018.

The OPPO F9 will be unveiled soon this week and while we do know some tidbits about it such as the new Waterdrop notch design, a 16MP + 2MP dual rear camera, a diamond cut back-look and more. Aside from that, OPPO Malaysia is also letting us know about the new ColorOS 5.2 update and it will have several new features.

OPPO has given us an opportunity to check out the OPPO F9 and the looks and design of the phone. Based on the early preview, the OPPO F9 will have a Waterdrop Screen notch at the top of the display, a diamond shaped gradient colour design and it will support VOOC Charging technology with 5V/4A power delivery which is presently available in most OPPO’s more expensive smartphones. In terms of colour choices, the OPPO F9 will be available in Sunrise Red and Midnight Blue.

As OPPO gears up to reveal their OPPO F9 series here in Malaysia (expected to be next week), OPPO have released a teaser video for the OPPO F9 Pro. While it showcases the VOOC fast charging feature, which supposedly can get 2 hours talk time with a 5 minute charge, it also shows off the “Gradient” backside and “Waterdrop screen” on the front.

OPPO will be unveiling the OPPO F9 on 16 August 2018 and it will be the first device in the F-series to feature a dual camera setup in the rear, allowing it to take stunning portrait images similar to that of the R-series as well as the Find series. Not only that, the device will also come with a Waterdrop Screen design which is significantly smaller than most of the smartphones with notches out today.
