Towards the year-end, music streaming services would often release a recap of what you have listened to all year long. This December, YouTube is rolling out "YouTube Recap", a first-of-its-kind personalised year-end summary for its users. The feature was officially announced on YouTube’s blog.

Last week, we reported that Facebook has begun testing out Live Audio Rooms and it seems that it was a success. According to the recent Facebook Newsroom post, the Live Audio Rooms alongside Podcast will be rolling out the features in the US first.

Yesterday, sources confirmed that Facebook would be launching new audio products for its platform soon. In its official announcement, the company confirmed that it's launching a total of three audio products - Soundbites, Podcast, and Live Audio.

Based on a statement by Twitter user @awallenstein, it seems that Spotify might be planning on releasing a podcast-only subscription service which gives users access to podcasts at a much lower price. With that being said, those who subscribed to this service will not be able to access Spotify’s music library.

Wizarding World recently tweeted on their Twitter account, stating that you can now listen to Daniel Radcliffe read to you the first chapter of the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone either on their official website or on Spotify. Not only that, but it seems that they are keen on having personalities such as Claudia Kim, Noma Dumezweni, Eddie Redmayne and more read other parts of the book as well.
