    Digi introduces Omni Virtual phone system for SME businesses nationwide starting from RM60

    Aimed towards SME businesses across Malaysia, Omni by Digi is a virtual phone system which turns any smartphone into a call center. For as low as RM60 per month without contract, Omni also comes with a fixed line prefix which allows means that there is no need to share an individual’s contact info for business purposes. The benefit to this is that staffs are able to protect their privacy by not sharing their own personal phone numbers. Not only that, this alleviate the need to purchase another phone line to be used specifically for business.

    Based on a report from Lowyat.net, there seems to be a Streamyx promo circulating around offering 8Mbps for RM100 a month and 4Mbps for RM90 a month. Not only that, the promo also offers unifi TV set top box as well as a wireless router and a DECT phone included in the packages mentioned. However, the promo is only available to newly registered customers only and not available to existing Streamyx customers.

But there's a catch, customers who subscribe to the Basic Plan is capped at 60GB data quota, it is only available to households who have a total income of less than RM4500 and it is available exclusively on the TM Unifi's official website.

    Telekom Malaysia has also announced the Unifi Basic Plan next to the Unifi Turbo upgrade covered earlier. The Unifi Basic Plan is priced at RM79 a month for 30Mbps speed and it does not offer the usual HyppTV found in existing Unifi Subscription Plans. However, it is best to note that the Unifi Basic Plan also comes with a limited data quota of 60GB and if they were to finish their quota they are required to purchase additional quote add-ons.
