Today, a formal statement was issued on the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN)'s official Twitter account to clear the confusion statement mentioned by Deputy Home Minister Datuk Mohd Azis Jamman on 18 November. So what was the confusion? Well, he said that the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) has the right to inspect the public's phones which seems to be inaccurate. Here's what the KDN statement said.

Based on a tweet by @WABetainfo, WhatsApp could possibly come with a feature that allows it to be used on multiple devices simultaneously. While they have not given us an ETA of when this feature will be available, the new update gives users greater flexibility when it comes to communicating via WhatsApp.

Twitter recently confirmed that Jack Dorsey, CEO of Twitter’s Twitter account got hacked on Friday by a little known but formerly useful Twitter feature called tweet by text. Apparently, Jack’s account started spewing hate and racist tweets, but it was due to the tweet by text feature without having to actually hack the Twitter account. This was done by spoofing the phone number or tricking Twitter into believing that the hackers were actually using Jack’s phone.

Based on a report by cnet.com and Evan Blass on Twitter, Samsung phones could start using graphene batteries instead of lithium-ion batteries by the year 2021. Smartphones fitted with the graphene batteries will have significantly higher capacity, and it is able to be fully charged in under 30 minutes. Not only that, but it could also reduce the overall price of the smartphone as graphene batteries are rather cheap to manufacture.
