After Unifi brochures of the Sony PlayStation 5 bundle appeared, it’s finally gone official and you can now get this recently hard-to-get gaming console with the Unifi 800Mbps plan… but there’s a catch. It’s not just the normal 800Mbps plan, but you’ll also have to pay for an extra UNI5G Postpaid 65 plan AND you can’t say no to the additional Unifi TV bundle.

TM has announced 5 new customer care initiatives revolving around the promise of 24 Hours Service Restoration Guarantee or get an RM50 rebate if this is not achieved (but just for unifi customers above 100Mbps for now). The other 4 customer care initiatives include EasyFix Self-Service, Proactive Service Alerts, Service Tracker and access to unifi Elite Experts for better informed solutions. All of these initiatives are currently live starting from today.
