If you're into PC gaming, you've likely heard of the new gaming console from Valve - the Steam Deck. I'm personally quite interested in it, as it has even more potential reach than the Nintendo Switch.

Unfortunately, the Steam Deck isn't available in Malaysia and importing one is near impossible. So, what happens if I want to have a handheld gaming PC? The alternative is to get one that runs on Windows. But could these handheld consoles become mainstream PC gaming, and should you buy one? I probably won't, and below are reasons why I think it's a bad idea.

When it comes to Chromebooks, it's usually never viewed as a notebook for gaming because of its association with education. Well, that could be changed in the future as there is evidence that Google is working on a Game Mode for ChromeOS.

That's right, Left 4 Dead 2 is back from the "dead" and there's a new major update after 8 years. According to Valve's announcement, The Last Stand update was solely created by the L4D community and there are new maps, new weapons, new game modes and many more.

With the launch of Half-Life: Alyx earlier today, fans of virtual reality (VR) finally have a major title they can sink their teeth into. What many didn't expect was for HP to post a new video teaser on Steam titled "Next Gen HP VR Headset". We think this means HP is looking to develop a new VR headset that's on par, if not better, than the highly popular Valve Index VR.

Half-Life: Alyx will be launching on 24 March 2020 (Malaysian time) and it's definitely a VR title that many have high hopes for. In a clear attempt to build up the hype in the weeks leading up to the launch, Valve has released a couple of new videos to showcase the gameplay.

It's been a long time coming, but the Crowbar Collective's remake of Half-Life is about to get an official release. Black Mesa has been in Steam's Early Access since 2015 and its developer is finally ready to officially launch version 1.0 on 5 March 2020.

Valve has recently made an announcement that all classic Half-Life games, will be available for free on Steam from now until around March of 2020. Based on what we know so far, the end the promo should be around the same day as the official launch of Half-Life: Alyx.

Previously, we read some rumours that Left 4 Dead 3 was in the works and that certainly pique a lot of interest. Every gamer knows the Left 4 Dead series is one of the best horror FPS games in the market so to hear news about that brought some hope. Unfortunately, it seems that Left 4 Dead 3 is probably never gonna happen as confirmed by Valve.
