We all know that the COVID-19 pandemic has far-reaching effects. For us here in Malaysia, it has caused the government to declare a movement control order (MCO) that prevents us from leaving our homes unless it's to buy essentials. When it comes to warranty claims, you probably can't do so since the service centres won't be open. Because of that, MSI is planning to provide a warranty extension.

How is everyone holding up at home? If you happen to be an ASUS customer and your laptop's warranty is expiring during this Movement Control Order period, here's some good news. ASUS Malaysia have decided to extend all ASUS product warranty for an additional 30 days!

As March comes to an end, ASUS Malaysia have just announced a new ASUS Perfect Warranty for their customers. You know what's the best part? Those who purchase and activated their ASUS laptop in 2019 and 2020 will be eligible for the warranty without additional charges! But before you get too excited, here's how the ASUS Perfect Warranty works.

In conjunction with ASUS’ 30th year anniversary along with the upcoming Raya celebrations, they will be hosting the ASUS Service Month, starting from 1 June until 30 June 2019. During the aforementioned campaign, ASUS will be offering spare parts for any laptops, tablets, All-in-One PCs, Tower PCs as well as smartphones with up to 10% off at all authorised service centres in Malaysia.

From now onwards, Huawei has announced that they will be hosting the Huawei Service Day on the first Friday and Saturday of every month. For this month, the Huawei Service Day will be held on 31 May and 1 June of 2019 at all authorised service centres across Malaysia.
