A local retailer unveiled that the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel is arriving to Malaysia in October 2020

When the ASUS ROG Phone 3 was announced back in July, Lenovo also did their own livestream event on the same day revealing the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel gaming smartphone. According to our local retailer, DirectD, they announced that it's coming soon in October 2020.

Although this is not an official announcement by Lenovo Malaysia, but the DirectD post claimed that this would be the official/original set by the company itself. Given with the local retailer's reputation of announcing devices unofficially, there's a good chance that the Legion Phone Duel is indeed making its way here and it would be a new challenger to the ROG Phone 3. But is it too late?

Well, both gaming devices are quite similar but there are some differences here and there. For one, the Legion Phone Duel uses a 5000mAh battery pack (actually, 2x 2500mAh batteries) and supports up to 90W fast-charging technology which can be fully charged in just 30 minutes. Its 20MP front camera is located on the right side of the phone too so it's a nice way to stream yourself online. Besides that, the Legion Phone Duel features a Snapdragon 865+ chipset, a 6.65-inch display with 144Hz refresh rate + 240Hz touch sampling rate and others.

We shall wait for Lenovo Malaysia's announcement on the local set specs. Are you excited for the Legion Phone Duel? Let us know in the comments below and stay tuned for more trending gadget news at TechNave.com.
