Last year, Apple postponed the iPhone 12's launch to October due to the pandemic. For its upcoming iPhone 13 series, it is reported that the tech giant is likely to be on time with the launch in September. Now, the latest insight has arrived by claiming that the next Apple event will indeed happen in the third week of the month.

The information came from Wedbush analyst Daniel Ives. Besides that, Taiwanese research firm TrendForce also mentioned that it believes the new iPhones will debut in September. Based on the past events, all Tuesdays, 7 September, 14 September, and 21 September are possible event/announcement dates, with launch usually occurring the following Friday.

Besides telling us when the iPhone 13 will launch, Ives also reignited the rumour by asserting that the Pro models will bring a 1TB storage option. Earlier, it was said that the new iPhones would only come with a maximum of 512GB storage. However, since Apple has been rumoured to bring advanced camera features such as recording in a higher-quality ProRes video format, offering more onboard storage would be a wise addition.
