When Apple launched the iPhone 12 series last month, one of the biggest issues many had with it was the lack of a charger. While this isn't an issue for long-time iPhone users who have spares, those who are looking to switch over would be out of luck. Thankfully, there are third-party chargers you can go for, including new Doraemon-themed ones from Anker.
According to Chongdiantou (in Chinese), Anker has collaborated with Doraemon to release a few accessories for iPhone 12 users. This includes a dual-mode fast charger with USB Type-A and Type-C connectors, cables, wireless charger, and more. All of these will be compatible with the recently launched iPhone 12. Of course, they will also have Doraemon design elements.
Out of the bunch, the fast chargers are probably the ones that most users would go for. In particular, the 18W dual-mode fast charger has a button that lets you switch to low current mode. Besides that, it also has a 4850mAh battery built into it, so you can use it as a power bank. as well as a built-in battery so you can use it as a power bank. There's also a more powerful 65W fast charger, though it only supports USB-C and has no built-in battery.
The price for the new Anker accessories haven't been announced, but they're expected to launch on 4 November 2020. Hopefully, we could get these in Malaysia too!
