Apple usually has a major launch in September every year and it looks like the tradition will continue this year. Sources have claimed that Apple has already a tentative date for its next big launch, which is when the company will launch the iPhone 12 series. There will also be another big event that's scheduled for October.

If the leaker iHacktu Pro is correct, then Apple will be launching the iPhone 12 series on 8 September 2020. Apple could also reveal a new Apple Watch, iPad, and the long-awaited AirPower charging mat at the event. Then on 27 October 2020, the company could reveal a new iPad Pro model and MacBooks featuring Apple CPUs. The leaker also mentioned the Apple Glass, suggesting that Apple may showcase a prototype in public for the first time.

Going back to the launch in September, the date given is possible since Apple launched the iPhone 11 series on 10 September 2019. The new iPhones could feature OLED displays from BOE, a new 5nm chipset that supports 5G, and possibly a braided USB Type-C to lighting cable. It has also been rumoured that the Pro model will have three rear cameras and a LiDAR scanner.

With just a few more weeks to go before the rumoured launch of the iPhone 12 series, we will most likely see more leaks appearing soon.
