Google is working hard to bring new features and experiences to some of its platforms and applications. After announcing a new Gmail logo design together with upgrades for G Suite, the company moved on to adding several new features to YouTube a few days ago. Now, it's the turn for Google Play Store as users will get to compare apps soon!

Folks at Android Police discovered that Google App Store will now allow users to compare similar apps in a section that appears at the bottom of the page. The section will display information such as functionalities, controls, support, and more to let users find out which app suits them the best. Currently, the feature works only in version 22.4.28 and is limited to comparing media players.

The new feature is a helpful one as users no longer need to browse the page of each similar app to check the ratings or the features that the app offers. Not to say Google Play Store offers tons of similar apps that could make us lost when it comes to choosing the right app to download.
