In addition to the HONOR X9d 5G, HONOR Malaysia has also rolled out its new X7d smartphone. It is another mid-range tier phone that focuses on durability, longevity, and capable performance, at a price of RM799.
The HONOR X7d Tech Specs,
The X7d is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset, paired with the Adreno 619 GPU. This 5G-capable SoC is supported by configurations of up to 8GB of RAM + 512GB of storage, accompanied by an extra 8GB HONOR RAM Turbo, which adds up to a total of 16GB of RAM.
A major highlight is the 6500 mAh battery, which includes 35W fast charging to help top up quickly when needed. Moreover, the X7d sports a 6.77-inch display with HD+ resolution (720 × 1610) under an IPS / TFT panel. Brightness is rated at 850 nits peak, and is protected by an IP65 dust and water resistance rating and a rugged design aesthetic.
Meanwhile, its mobile photography is handled by a 108MP main rear sensor plus a 2MP depth sensor, while selfies use an 8MP front camera. Video capture is capped at 1080p @ 30fps.
Software and Other Features
The phone runs Android 15 with HONOR’s MagicOS 9.0 skin on top, bringing feature enhancements, UI refinements, and HONOR-specific tools to enrich the user experience. Plus, Dual SIM, 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor round out the connectivity and security package.
Price and Availability
