Skipping one number from the HTC U11+, HTC have officially announced their HTC U12+ featuring a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, 6GB RAM, 64GB storage + microSD and an enhanced side squeeze tech Edge Sense 2. Camera-wise, it packs in 12MP Ultra Pixel 4 (OIS, phase detection autofocus, laser autofocus) + 16MP (2x optical zoom) dual rear cameras, 8MP + 8MP wide angle dual front cameras that support 4K video recording at 60 fps and full HD recording at 240 fps slow motion.

DxOMark have given it 103 which is only second to the 109 placed Huawei P20 Pro. While there's no exact Malaysia release date or pricing details, it will be coming to Malaysia in Translucent Blue from the end of June 2018 and is on pre-order in the US for $799 (~RM3182).

The design is still glossy Liquid Design with IP68 dust and water resistance but other features include louder aptx capable BoomSound dual stereo speakers, 4x microphones and a 6-inch 18:9 aspect ratio full view Super LCD6 display with 1440 x 2280 pixel resolution and HDR10 + DCI-P3 support. A pair of noise cancelling USound earbuds are bundled together as well.
