Another flagship spec mid-range device has entered the Malaysian market. The Huawei Nova 5T is the latest addition to the Nova 5 family. The device features some flagship grade tech specs and features which include a quad camera setup alongside Huawei’s current best SoC, the Kirin 980. All those specs and features will only cost RM1599.
Fans and customers can start to pre-order the Nova 5T on 29 August until 5 September 2019 and as usual, exclusive gifts worth up to RM325 will be bundled together which includes a Huawei mini speaker and a SuperCharge in-car charger. On top of that, the 1-year extended warranty will be included as well, even if it passes the pre-order period until 31 September 2019.
Besides the exclusive gifts, Huawei Malaysia is also rewarding Nova users with promotions from the company's Member Center App where a Level-Up Program (trade-up) can be found. The Level-Up Program will start from 7 September 2019 onwards at selected Huawei stores for users to redeem prizes and privileges, the locations are:
- Sunway Pyramid, Petaling Jaya (3 Aug - 2 Sept)
- Paradigm Mall, Johor Bahry (29 Aug - 2 Sept)
- Imago, Kota Kinabalu (29 Aug - 1 Sept)

On the other hand, the MediaPad M5 Lite also appeared alongside for RM1299. It sports a 10.1-inch FHD IPS display, a Kirin 659 processor, 7500mAh battery (QuickCharge technology), Harman Kardon-tuned quad speakers and exclusive gifts (mini speaker and M Pen during the same pre-order date)
Camera-wise, the device comes with a 32MP AI selfie camera, nestled in the punch-hole display. The rear camera comes with quad cameras with 48MP + 16MP (ultrawide) + 2MP (macro) + 2MP (depth) sensors. In usual Huawei fashion, you can expect pretty impressive night shots with the AIS Super Night Mode. In terms of design, the device will be released in three colour models: Midsummer Purple, Crush Blue and Black.
