In addition to the announcement of the Infinix NOTE 50 Pro+ 5G, NOTE 50X 5G and NOTE 50S 5G, Infinix is also launching its latest AI Buds. These new earbuds are launching on 22 April 2025, at the price of RM399.
To refresh your memory, the AI Buds are the next-gen earbuds that Infinix has been hyping. They feature real-time AI translation in up to 162 languages, including underserved dialects like Hausa and Swahili. Built on Infinix’s CogLabs AI, users can switch between three core modes of translation: Dialogue Mode for face-to-face conversations, Live Listening for audio translation while watching videos or attending online learning sessions, and Recording & Transcription for transcribing meetings or lecture notes.
On top of that, the built-in Folax voice assistant can be activated with a simple “Hi Folax” command to manage playback, translation, or tasks hands-free. The transparent smart touchscreen charging case allows users to control music and volume, and even take photos without the need to reach for their phone.
In terms of sound quality, the AI Buds are enhanced with 10mm AI-tuned composite drivers, a high signal-to-noise ratio (≥90dB), and hybrid ANC + ENC technology that provides up to 45dB noise cancellation. Dual microphones ensure clear communication in any environment, and the earbuds have a battery life of up to 36 hours.
The Infinix AI Buds will be available for purchase at the official Infinix TikTok shop, Shopee and Lazada stores, Infinix brand stores and authorised dealers nationwide. Moreover, these earbuds will be bundled with the Infinix NOTE 50 Pro+ 5G as freebies, while stocks last.
