With the launch announcement of the NOTE 50 Pro+ 5G today, Infinix Malaysia also reveals the new NOTE 50X 5G and NOTE 50S 5G. These two phones will also launch on 22 April, at the prices of RM699 and RM899, respectively.
Starting with the NOTE 50X 5G, it is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate 5G chipset and a 5,200mAh battery with 45W All-Round FastCharge 3.0 technology. Also featuring an Active Halo Lighting function, it complements the 50MP Ultra-Clear main camera, which can record a video of up to 4K resolution. Not only that, the Active Halo Lighting responds to calls, notifications, and charging status.
On top of that, what truly sets the NOTE 50X 5G apart is Infinix’s Energising Scent-Tech. Its unique aromatic leather finish on only the Sea Breeze Green variation, a first-of-its-kind sensory touch designed to elevate the user experience by combining texture with scent. On the other hand, the NOTE 50S 5G has the same Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chipset and 5,200mAh battery with the same charging speed, but a sleeker device with a 3D-curved AMOLED display that supports a 144Hz refresh rate. It also comes in 8GB of RAM (+8GB virtual RAM) and 256GB of storage, as well as the Energising Scent-Tech on the Marine Drift Blue model. Its main camera is a 64MP Sony IMX682 Ultra-Clear sensor, and the phone is IP64 splashproof rated.
The NOTE 50X 5G is available in Titanium Grey, Enchanted Purple, and Sea Breeze Green, while the NOTE 50S 5G will come in Titanium Grey, Ruby Red, and Marine Drift Blue. Each purchase comes with a free phone strap worth RM49 (while stocks last), and will be available for purchase at the official Infinix TikTok shop, Shopee and Lazada stores, Infinix brand stores and authorised dealers nationwide.
