By now, we could have watched A Quiet Place Part 2 and Fast 9. But alas, the Movement Control Order has affected our movie theatre experience and even if it's over, GSC, TGV and MBO won't reopen immediately. Even though we may not get to watch all the movies this year, we got some news that 2021 will be an exciting year because of confirmed dates for anticipated upcoming movies.

According to GSC's Instagram account, movies that are coming in 2021 includes John Wick 4, The Matrix 4, Mission Impossible 7, Jurassic World: Dominion, Fantastic Beasts 3, Avatar 2 and many more. On top of that, it will be an interesting movie battle as a few movies this year got rescheduled to 2021. With the likes of Marvel's Eternals, Doctor Strange 2, Ghostbusters: Afterlife, and Morbius, you can say that 2021 will be packed with exciting movies to look forward to.

Moreover, GSC also reported that some sequels and prequels from existing franchises are coming back (but with no released dates yet). For starters, a Hunger Games prequel was announced, so are returning sequels such as Now You See Me 3, Tomb Raider 2, Space Jam 2, National Treasure 3, Rush Hour 4, San Andreas 2 and more.
