OPPO is still in the mood to celebrate new year's as the company has decided to slash the prices of two of its smartphones. To start off 2020 with a bang, the company reduced the prices of the OPPO A5 2020 to RM599 and the Reno 2F to RM1399. That's a total reduction of RM200 for both, which is great for those hunting for a bargain.

Both the A5 2020 and Reno 2F are relatively recent, the former having launched in Malaysia in September 2019 followed by the latter in October 2019. These are decent entry-level and mid-range devices, respectively, sporting good aesthetics and specs for the price. First, there's the A5 2020, which has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset, 3GB of RAM, and 64GB ROM - more than enough for basic usage. On the other hand, the Reno 2F features a more powerful MediaTek Helio P70 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and a 128GB ROM for people with much higher requirements.

If you're looking to get a new phone on a reasonable budget, these could be good options for you. But are you keeping your eye out for discounts like this, or waiting for something new this year? Let us know on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave.com for more news.
