In case you missed it, OPPO launched the new Reno7 series smartphones yesterday. But those aren't the only products that the company unveiled at its launched event. OPPO also released other new smart devices, including the OPPO Watch Free NFC.

As the name would suggest, this is the NFC variant of the OPPO Watch Free launched in September 2021 that provides NFC (duh!) The smartwatch was already announced with a price tag of 599 yuan (~RM398) back then but seemed to have gotten its official release just yesterday. It retains all the features for the standard model, such as sleep monitoring, heart rate tracker, over 100 sports mode, e-sports mode, and NFC.

Of course, the tech specs remain the same as well. The OPPO Watch Free NFC comes with a 1.64-inch AMOLED display, which is large enough and shaped for easier viewing. Having NFC also means you can use it to do electronic payments with e-wallets. This smartwatch also has a 230mAh battery, which can last up to 14 days in power-saving mode.

Personally, the best feature of this smartwatch series is the large screen. Smaller rounded screens can be hard to read, after all. But what are your thoughts on that? Let us know in the comments, and stay tuned to TechNave for more news like this.
