While there were a few brands that decided to do an online launch this week, OPPO is one of the brands that decided that revealing its new flagship devices can wait. But the wait is over and now we have confirmation that the company will be hosting an online launch for the Find X2 series on 6 March 2020.

OPPO will be making streaming its launch via its YouTube channel, which will be available to the public, live on 6 March 2020 (5:30 pm Malaysian time). The brand is expected to introduce the Find X2 and Find X2 Pro, two new flagship smartphones that will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 chipset, up to 12GB of RAM, and up to 256GB of internal storage. Both will also come with AMOLED displays with 120Hz refresh rate.

Individually, the Find X2 Pro will differentiate itself through its telephoto lens. Supposedly, its 13MP rear telephoto lens has up to 60x zoom. Additionally, the Pro model is expected to have a quad rear camera setup, in contrast with the triple rear camera for the Find X2. It's also expected to have a larger battery and bigger display.

OPPO Malaysia has confirmed that the Find X2 series runs on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 and come with 5G support. The two SIRIM Malaysia certification from a while back also guarantee that both models will be available in Malaysia. Having said that, would you be interested in buying this model over the other new smartphones available this year?
