Finally, after weeks of non-stop OnePlus 5 rumours. OnePlus Pete Lau has confirmed on his Twitter account that the flagship will be launching on 20 June 2017 and it will be held in multiple locations.
So where will the events be held? Well, New York is one of the cities at the Meatpacking District at 7PM, where OnePlus Co-founder Carl Pei and popular YouTuber MKBHD will make an appearance. Another destination is in Paris but the scheduled date will be 21 June at 11AM to follow USA at 213 Rue Saint Honore. The event will also be on live stream at 12PM EDT, which is 4PM GMT in our local time zone.
Moving on, the OnePlus 5 should be packing a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, with a new pair of dual camera sensors on the back with a possible dedicated monochrome sensor from the secondary camera according to the teaser. The device is said to be the thinnest OnePlus phone ever by the company, but we shall see.
