Looks like we're not going to be able to make any delivers in post-apocalyptic United States for a while more, at least not on PC. The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in delays for many companies, industries, and even game launches. One of these games includes the PC version of Death Stranding, which has now been delayed to 14 July 2020.

Originally slated for release in June 2020, Kojima Productions has announced that the launch of the PC version for Death Stranding will have to be delayed. This is because the developer has temporarily closed its office and having its staff work remotely. As a result, they are expecting there to be a need for more time to do the final polishing. They also have to confirm the minimum and recommended system requirements for the PC version.

For your information, Death Stranding is an open-world action game where you play as Sam Porter Bridges. Hideo Kojima calls it a "strand game", which is a game genre that is all about connecting people. Sounds vague? Well, let's just say you'll be doing a lot of deliveries and 'connecting' different isolated cities called KNOTs. Oh, and you'll be dodging a lot of otherworldly creatures called Beached Things.

While the delay is unfortunate, there's plenty of games you can get now for free like Just Cause 4 (till 23 April 2020) and Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection (till 5 May 2020).
