
It was a big day for Xiaomi fans yesterday in China, as the company released several new products, such as the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 and Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro. Besides that, the company launched new products under its subsidiary Redmi, too, the Redmi K80 Ultra and Redmi K Pad, with this article focusing on the latter.
Redmi K Pad launched in China with Dimensity 9400+ SoC, 7500mAh battery and more

Under the hood, the tablet is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC paired with 8/12/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB storage. As for the battery, it’s a 7500mAh cell, which supports 67W charging via the two USB-C ports (more on that below).
Meanwhile, the display is an 8.8-inch 165Hz IPS LCD with a 3008 x 1880p resolution, 700 nits brightness and a 16:10 aspect ratio. Camera-wise, the K Pad has an 8MP selfie shooter at the front and a 13MP main camera at the rear.

Prices start at ~RM1650 in China

Other notable specs include a 12050mm2 vapour chamber, 2 USB-C ports (one at the bottom and one on the side), and colour options of either Deep Black, Spruce Green or Smoky Purple. IN China, the K Pad starts at CNY2799 or ~RM1650, with global availability yet to be revealed.
