Besides launching the Xiaomi 12T series in Malaysia yesterday, Xiaomi also released its latest tablet offering, the Redmi Pad in our country. Available for purchase at Authorised Xiaomi Stores and other retailers in Malaysia as well as online at Xiaomi’s official stores on Lazada and Shopee, the Redmi Pad is competitively priced, starting at RM899.

As a recap, the tablet features a 10.61-inch 90Hz IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels. The screen also supports 400 nits of peak brightness, Widevicne L1 certification for popular streaming services such as Netflix and is the first tablet in the world to receive SGS low visual fatigue certification.
Under the hood, the Redmi Pad is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 paired with either 3, 4 or 6GB of RAM. Other notable specs include a huge 8000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging, an 8MP camera at its rear and an 8MP camera with a 105-degree field-of-view at the front, a Dolby Atmos quad-speaker setup and Android 12 via MIUI 13 for Pad.
In our country, the tablet is available in three colour options, which are Graphite Gray, Moonlight Silver and Mint Green. Here are the Redmi Pad variants available in Malaysia with their respective prices:
