Earlier this week, we reported that a rumour about Meizu was planning to release a Pro 6 with Exynos 8890 chipset installed inside, now we got another interesting source of information because it might not be a new Pro 6 but Meizu is actually planning to make another new device with a display curved just like Samsung's flagship.
An unknown Meizu curved display device?
If this is the case, then that could mean that Meizu wasn't planning to release a better variant of the model (due to the mixed feedback of the Helio X25 chipset), but instead, they might want to release a high-end version. Word got around that it could cost around 3000 Yuan (around RM1859), nonetheless, we should take this with a grain of salt as it's still too early to confirm with the lack of details. Perhaps the phone might come out at the second half of 2016, and see it alongside with the rumoured MX6 flagship, or maybe it's the MX6 itself?
For the tech-specs, we previously speculated that the MX6 it might sport a MediaTek Helio X20 SoC with 10-core CPU and Mali-T880 MP4 GPU, a full HD display, 3GB/32GB memory configuration, 21MP rear + 8MP megapixel front camera, 4,000mAh battery, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
