Yesterday, Samsung released Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5. But it does not end there, the company could release a fan edition for another beloved model later this year. If this is true, then Samsung fans are in for a treat.

According to Justine Hume, vice president of mobile for Samsung South Africa, the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE could debut at the end of this year. This is his response during a recent interview:

“There is an FE-sized gap in there, right now. There is going to be an announcement made. Imminently.”

In addition, the FE variant was spotted on Geekbench’s website recently. The upcoming device could feature an Exynos 2200 SoC for the global release. Rumour also suggests the phone could include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC for the US release. But that is not all, Samsung Galaxy S23 FE could run One UI 5.1 (Android 13), 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of storage.

Display-wise, it could sport a 6.4-inch AMOLED, FHD+ resolution with 120Hz refresh rate. Plus, it could house a 4500mAh battery life with support for 25W wired charging. The FE variant is also expected to include a triple rear camera system with a 50MP main shooter.
