The next Samsung Unpacked will be happening on 11 August 2021, and it's one of the most exciting smartphone events for this year. On that day, the Korean tech giant will be revealing a few highly-anticipated devices including the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3. Earlier, it was said that the Galaxy S21 FE will probably make an appearance alongside those mentioned devices as well. However, the latest information is telling us that it's not going to happen.
LetsGoDigital has released a list of products that Samsung will be launching at the event and the Galaxy S21 FE is nowhere to be found. The other products spotted are the foldable devices, a couple of smartwatches - Galaxy Watch 4 and the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, and the Galaxy Buds 2. Therefore, the Galaxy S21 FE might only arrive at a later date.
It is said that the chip shortage is the reason why the more affordable version of the Galaxy S21 couldn't make it to the event. This is actually not the first time that we see news about the device being postponed. Earlier, it was reported that the Galaxy S21 FE will only be launched in October and probably not enter the Malaysian market.
