There has been more than a few leaks about the next TWS model by Samsung in recent weeks. The new earbuds were first found on via a US FCC certificate. Since then, we've seen a leak of the product's design and even some specs. Now, Samsung even officially confirmed its name.
While the US FCC certification already showed the "Galaxy Buds Pro" name, it's good to see that it's not some placeholder or a regional name. Mind you, the Samsung Canada website only has the name listed under its support section, so there are no official specs or images to validate all the current rumours. However, you should know by now how these 'leaks' work.

What we mean is that the rumours that we've seen so far are probably accurate. For instance, we know that it will probably launch on 14 January 2021 and have a charging case with a battery capacity of 472mAh, while each earbud will have 61mAh. Speaking of the earbuds, they'll come with smaller (compared to the Galaxy Live) 11mm bass drivers and 6.5mm tweeters. As for features, it will come with active noise-cancelling, Ambient Sound, Voice Detection, and more.
I'm quite glad that Samsung is ditching the bean design to be honest, as I found it awkward to wear. But what do you think? What kind of improvements do you think would make the new model worth investing in? Let us know in the comments on our Facebook page and stay tuned to TechNave for more updates on this.
