Last Saturday, Sony Mobile Communications (Sony Mobile) collaborated with Taylor’s University to organise a special session for its photography and film students. The session focused specifically on mobile photography and the students were able to learn to shoot like a professional using the latest Xperia XZ. This was followed by a photography contest to put their mobile photography skills to test.
More than 30 students participated in the photography contest, which gave them the chance to experience the Xperia XZ and its features where they used the device to complete several tasks based on a special session conducted by Taylor’s School of Communication lecturer, Ms Leong Wai Kit. The winning group, which includes Taylor’s students Loo Ern Zhen (20), Foo Yong Sheng (20) and Jonathan Toh Sheng Yau (20), captured the best in creativity, clarity and speed.

One of Xperia XZ's main key features include a 23MP main camera, equipped with Sony’s original Exmor RS for mobile image sensor, which provides a powerful blend of high quality image; and as well as autofocus (AF) speed combined with Predictive Hybrid AF to intelligently predict and track subjects in motion for blur-free results.
