TM has announced 5 new customer care initiatives revolving around the promise of 24 Hours Service Restoration Guarantee or get an RM50 rebate if this is not achieved (but just for unifi customers above 100Mbps for now). The other 4 customer care initiatives include EasyFix Self-Service, Proactive Service Alerts, Service Tracker and access to unifi Elite Experts for better informed solutions.
