Based on a statement by analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, it seems that there could be a possibility Huawei might be planning on selling their sub-brand HONOR, which could remove HONOR off the entity list. With HONOR off the entity list, they might be able to do business with US-based companies, which means they’ll gain access to hardware and software needed to manufacture their devices.

Earlier, it was rumoured that Samsung's upcoming 5nm chipset will be named Exynos 2100 instead of 1000.
