Apple will soon reveal the new iPhone 7 series at 1AM (GMT+) later after past midnight via livestream, but it doesn't mean that's the only device getting the spotlight, below are the list of other Apple products that might make an appearance too.

In about 24 hours, the world will have seen the launch of Apple’s latest smartphones – the Apple iPhone 7 and Apple iPhone 7 Plus. Just before the official event later however, new leaks has popped up to confirm several new things about the device from Cupertino.

With the recent news of recalling all the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 from Official Samsung Electronics due to some safety issues. Today, Samsung Mobile Malaysia has finally made an official replacement announcement for the Galaxy Note 7. The replacement initiatives in Malaysia will take place from 29th September 2016 onwards with terms and conditions.

Apart from launching their latest flagship, the Honor 8, Honor Malaysia also announced that their Honor 5A will also be launched for Malaysia. Replacing the previous Honor 4A series, it will be available for RM599 in black and white and RM629 in gold at VMALL.my and other authorized retail outlets from 20 September 2016.

Honor Malaysia officially launched their latest flagship today with the Honor 8. Featuring a new 15-layer glass back and front with a slim and thin metal frame body, the smartphone takes a step upward past its entry-level to midrange beginnings while keeping very much in tune with its roots. Utilizing a dual rear camera setup with one colour and one monochrome sensor, the Honor 8 looks to offer better bokeh effects and vivid imagery than its previous dual rear camera offering, the Honor 6 Plus.

Available in black, gold, sapphire blue and white, the phone comes in two variants and pricing with the 4GB RAM / 32GB storage (black and white) version going for RM1699 and the 4GB RAM / 64GB storage (gold and sapphire blue) version going for RM1899. It should be available starting 8 September 2016 from VMALL.my and Lazada along with DirectD and SenHeng with a whole bunch of freebies. In addition, there will be a 12 months device exchange and 3 months screen protection policy.

With Huawei steadily gaining worldwide recognition, one wonders what the company has in store for us in the future. Well, this is where Weibo comes in with their never ending rumours, this time on the upcoming Huawei Mate 9 with some juicy news, as we heard that it will be featuring dual rear cameras. 

This is a market that has been slowly dwindling down, thanks to large form-factor smartphones such as the Samsung Galaxy Note series, or even the recently launched Xiaomi Mi Max. However the 7-inch tablet is still a device many carry, and the most popular model has been the Nexus 7. Now there are reports that Google and surprisingly Huawei are collaborating in bringing the next generation 7-inch tablet to the market.

A report online stated that OnePlus is set to combine their two branches into a single OS for faster and better OS development for their customers. Oxygen OS – used in OnePlus devices in the general market – and Hydrogen OS – used in OnePlus devices in the China market – is set to combine together in the near future. Will this news hold water?
