The recently announced LG G5 offers a modular design which includes a slide-out battery, camera and hi-fi audio attachments on top of a metal unibody chassis. We're just one day away from Vivo revealing the Xplay 5, and it has caused quite a stir by announcing being the first in the world to feature a 6B RAM inside the hood. Vivo isn't done teasing us though, as they recently released a video showing how fast the smartphone can be by comparing it with an Apple iPhone 6s on the right and an old Xplay model on the left.

While it was announced last year in 2015, it looks like ASUS are confirming that a number of devices will be getting the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update by Q2 of 2016. New additions since previously include the ZenFone Zoom and Max but it also appears that certain ASUS ZenUI apps like ASUS Messenger, ASUS Mail and ASUS Calender will be replaced by their Google apps as the default apps. You can redownload these apps and install them with a factory reset after the update though.

Huawei Consumer Business Group and Leica Camera AG have announced a strategic long-term partnership to reinvent smartphone photography. Both are leaders in their respective fields but there are no specific details about any upcoming Huawei-Leica cameraphones just yet. The partnership will include research and development, design, co-engineering, user experience, marketing and retail distribution. As of yesterday (25 February), Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (“Digi”) has announced their support for the GSMA Connected Women Commitment initiative at the Mobile World Congress 2016 in Barcelona. This makes Digi the first GSMA the only Malaysia telco to collaborate with GSMA and global mobile operators to educate and equip women in low- and middle-income countries with in basic computer and internet knowledge by 2020.

It's been 5 days now ever since Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge  in Barcelona, and Samsung fans in Malaysia have been wondering when will the devices be available in soon. As Samsung Malaysia Electronics just did an exclusive sneak peek of the new Galaxy S7 edge, which is equipped with a Dual Pixel camera technology that is usually found in high-end DSLR cameras. 

According to a new report by 9to5Mac, Apple's next generation iPad which was rumoured to be the iPad Air 3 will get a name change to be in line of the iPad Pro during their rumoured 15 March next month.
