Today, Sony Mobile Malaysia is proud to unveil their latest Xperia XZs and Xperia XA1 in Malaysia. First appearing in MWC 2017, the XZs is the world's first device featuring a super slow-motion feature that can capture 960 fps. The devices are available for pre-order this evening at 11street.my until 9 April 2017 with a price tag of RM2899 and RM1199 respectively, and will also officially be on sale at all Sony stores, Sony Mobile stores, Sony Centres, and authorised dealers as well. After Samsung India denied that the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 would get recycled with smaller batteries, Samsung Global has since responded that yes, "devices shall be considered to be used as refurbished phones or rental phones where applicable". Of course, there are conditions to this as Samsung have further explained that it depends entirely on whether the government and other regulatory authorities or carriers would be interested. No release dates or pricing details yet but Galaxy Note 7 devices that didn't make the cut will be recycled to extract precious metals in an environmentally friendly manner.
